Hi everyone,

On Sunday July 31st I'll be joining Adaptive Sports Partners of the North Country (ASPNC) for their primary fundraiser the Sunrise Ascent on Mt. Washington. ASPNC provides year round adaptive programming for inclusive and adaptive sports, recreation, and wellness for athletes with disabilities. Including trained instructors and equiptment.

I will be part of a crew hiking up the auto road with adaptive athlete Team Gina, assisting and cheering her on as she makes the very difficult climb. Gina spoke in her profile how her disability is both visible and invisible, which I could totally relate to with my Parkinson"s. 12 adaptive athletes and over 100 crew members will make this sunrise ascent. This is the biggest fundraiser for ASPNC and they could use your help. If you can, a donation in any amount would be greatly appreciated.  Every dollar counts!
