This is what I see everyday at  Adaptive Sports Partners and why this fundraiser is so important to me.  Adaptive Sports Partners has a mission to empower individuals with disabilities by building community, confidence, and skills through sport, recreation, and adventure.  I get to see our athletes push themselves to learn a new skill on the ski mountain, overcome fear on the rock wall, utilize new bike adaptations to bike with their family, and so much more. I see the dedication of our volunteers and community partners who make all of these activities happen, committ to training, and demonstrate an insane amount of passion. Lastly, I could not be more proud and impressed, everyday, of our mighty staff of four.  This past year, we provided over 2500 lessons to people with disabilities, and I could not be more proud.

The money for this fundraiser goes directly to supporting our athletes and the programs we run.  We offer skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, Nordic skiing, indoor rock climbing, outdoor rock climbing, swimming, biking, hiking, boccia, tennis, golf, mountain biking, gardening, and have amazing adaptive equipment in order to ensure everyone can access our activities. Over 70% of our athletes are on scholarship, where they receive financial support in order to access adaptive sports.  All of this is made possble thanks to you, and everyone who supports ASPNC.
