Thomas Norcott was loved by everyone he met. His approach to people was to make them laugh. His many gifts ranged from snow boarding to music to wood crafts to his herd of bicycles. Tom was an avid volunteer at ASPNC and helped to empower many people. He will be missed and loved by many for ever. Help create the funds for this Adaptuve program here in NH to continue to bring joy and empowerment to so many. May his legacy continue!
