Outdoor active for many years by participating as a Nordic skier, snowshoer, trail runner, and single scull rower.  Hiking has been a focus of mine for almost 50 years.  My working time was spent teaching and as neuro rehabilitation trainer.  We have experienced loss in our community and my team name is to remember those we have lost.
