I am participating in a unique and inspiring event in memory of my brother Tommy Norcott, Sunrise Ascent on Mt. Washington. As part of Team Taylor - In Memory of Tom, our team will start climbing the Auto Road in the early hours of July 30th to assist our adaptive athlete summit Mt Washington, the highest peak in the Northeast.  Watching the sunrise from the summit, after such an amazing accomplishment, is one of the most moving experiences of my life. Taylor Baird, our adaptive athlete, participates in many of the ASPNC programs and was a good friend of Tom.  They met through the adaptive program and built a strong friendship though their love of extreme sports, that extended outside of the program.  Taylor, and our team, will be climbing the Mt. Washington Auto Road, a 7.6 mile journey to the summit to watch the glorious sunrise.  This event was close to Tom's heart and raises funds so all athletes have access to the outdoor adventures he loved and to have access to the equipment to make that possible.  Please consider donating to continue to offer these programs in Tom's memory.
