Taylor is a person who is a hard worker, easy going, and he never gives up working towards a goal. When he was a boy, he used a wheelchair. When he was 5 years old, the doctor told him he would never walk. When he found adaptive sports, he set a goal to be a stand-up skier and worked hard until he achieved his goal.
He has worked all his life, and comes from a hard working family that taught him to never give up. He has a motto “hard work = success.”
This year, Taylor’s Sunrise hike will be dedicated to supporting suicide awareness. In 2020, he lost a dear friend to suicide who was also one of the original volunteers at Adaptive Sports Partners (ASP).
As this year marks Taylor's 16th year of involvement with ASP, he would like to honor his friend's memory by hiking up Mount Washington.
