At 3:00 AM, on Sunday July 27, we’ll begin another powerful journey—hiking up Mount Washington, the highest peak in New Hampshire at 6,288 feet, alongside an incredible disabled athlete. Our goal? To raise money and awareness for disabled sports. Without these programs many people with cognitive or physical disabilities are unable to enjoy the experiences of outdoor recreation and sport. 

Adaptive Sports Partners, an organization dedicated to making outdoor recreation accessible to people of all abilities, offers year-round activities including:

• Alpine & Nordic skiing

• Snowshoeing & biking

• Swimming & kayaking

• Hiking & gardening

• Bocce, school programs, and veteran events

• Inclusive field trips and family outdoor experiences

This program is especially dear to our hearts—the Marquis family has been involved in Adaptive Sports Partners through volunteerism for over 15 years. We’ve witnessed firsthand the joy, freedom, and empowerment it brings to individuals and families of all abilities.

Whether it’s helping a child with disabilities join their classmates on a hike, or giving a veteran the chance to ski again—Adaptive Sports Partners makes it possible.
