Thomas Norcott, every time I hear your name I hear the song FreeBird by Lynyrd Skynyrd. The last 15 years you have enjoyed part of my life, Doing fun activities, cookouts, or just goofing off on a weekend. To you and to me you were the person that kept me going and going everyday. Since you left us it's not the same as the laughter and the bond we had. 

A father figure is a person that can support and be loving and caring. That's what he was. Teaching new things, making sure you are safe, enjoying life and much more. He helped me set goals and achieve them. Tom teaches me how to balance fun and responsibility in life. I learned that if you miss someone, think of the good memories and don’t think of the bad stuff, just think of the good and happy memories. Trust me it will get better over time. So that is why I am making this team to be together and enjoy together.
